Koenigsegg is making significant progress bringing the four-seat Gemera closer to the showroom. The latest development is the introduction of the Gripen Atelier, a dedicated facility for manufacturing this extraordinary car. Alongside this announcement comes the unveiling of the Client Specification Gemera, showcasing Koenigsegg’s latest technological advancements. The Client Specification Gemera features the cutting-edge Light Speed Tourbillon Transmission (LSTT), an all-wheel-drive system that builds upon the revolutionary clutchless, flywheel-less technology first seen in the Jesko. When paired with either the Dark Matter electric motor, generating 800 horsepower, or in combination with the Jesko’s turbocharged V8, the result is an astonishing combined power output of 2,300 horsepower and an immense 2,000 lb-ft of torque. These numbers are not to be underestimated, placing the Gemera in a league comparable to a powerful freight train. With production slated to commence in 2024 and deliveries scheduled to start in 2025, the anticipation surrounding the Gemera is reaching new heights.
