How to Snooze Like a Baby

1. Keep to a sleep schedule – know what time to hit the sack and go to bed at that time. Be consistent and concise to enhance your sleep.

2. Watch what you drink before bed including caffeine, water, and alcohol which Alpha discusses.

3. Cool it down – keep your sleeping environment as cool as possible (less blankets, less clothing, AC, and fan). Research has shown staying as cool as possible is power and effective.
